The Originator

Andreas Dragone, tireless collector of artifacts and movie props, fascinated by the duality between archaeology and film, has openly declared himself a passionate lover of the Indiana Jones saga. From his passion arose the idea to create an exhibition, illustrated with artifacts, images, and information from all the Indiana Jones "films" from "Raiders of the Lost Ark" to "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny." The result was the frequently shown exhibition "Raiders of the Lost Treasures," which Dragone sees as a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the "Indiana Jones" phenomenon. For him, the most famous archaeologist of all time, with his many faces, is as dazzling as the legendary treasures he unearths. Indy is larger than life, a slightly absent-minded college professor who – often only half-willingly – constantly finds himself in dangerous situations. A guy with occasionally questionable morals, who enriches himself from the past and leaves behind broken hearts and catastrophe in series. And with his cynical wit, he has captivated millions of fans. With his exhibition, Andreas Dragone wants to showcase the breadth of the Indiana Jones saga with all its adventures, artifacts, and characters. Visitors of all ages are warmly invited to join Indy on the exciting quest for treasures in the Egyptian desert and the South American jungle. A unique opportunity to gain an interesting insight into the world of the most famous archaeologist of all time…
