The Film Hero


Indiana "Indy" Jones (real name Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr.) was born on July 1, 1899, in Princeton, New Jersey. The archaeologist, who received his doctorate from the University of Chicago in June 1922, not only works as a quiet scholar at a university and as a professor at a college, but also travels the world as an adventurer. He engages in religious and occult phenomena and searches for legendary relics. In the first film, he searches for the Ark of the Covenant; in the second adventure, he enters a temple dedicated to the goddess Kali and seeks the Sankara Stones; in the third part, he finds the Holy Grail; in the fourth film, it is about an Inca crystal skull; and in the last film, it is about the famous Antikythera mechanism by Archimedes. Furthermore, in his youth, he experienced many more adventures, met very famous people, and participated in significant events.
